Deleting your data

Stop access right away

Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → Reynovation Social → Remove. The app can no longer read or publish anything for your accounts from that moment.

When you remove the app there and ask Facebook to delete your data, Facebook tells us automatically: we delete the Meta access tokens, the connected account details and the Meta data we cached for every business you connected, and Facebook shows you a confirmation code.

Delete what the app stored

Email reynovationn@gmail.com from the address you sign in with (or name the connected account) and ask for deletion. We delete the business's tokens, account data, content, statistics and history within 30 days and confirm by email.
