The service

Reynovation Social ("the app") lets authorized Reynovation staff prepare content, approve it and publish it to the business's own connected Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, X and YouTube accounts. Access requires a password issued by Reynovation.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for the content you publish, including that you have the rights to it and that it follows the rules of each platform (including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, Meta's Terms for Instagram, Facebook and Threads, the LinkedIn User Agreement and Professional Community Policies, the X Terms of Service, and the YouTube Terms of Service: the app uses YouTube API Services, and by connecting YouTube you agree to them).
• AI-suggested captions are drafts. Review them before you approve a post.

Publishing

Nothing is published without your approval. Approved content is published at the scheduled time, subject to the availability and rules of each platform. A platform may reject or limit content, and we cannot guarantee that it will be published.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect an account at any time, from the app's settings or from the platform. See the Privacy Policy for how data is stored and deleted.
